Attendees of the C&T 2015 conference will be required to register online for the conference. We have worked to keep the prices low and offer value for money.
Registration is now open. Registration will take place via Eventbrite.
Early registration fees apply until 1 June 2015. After June 1st, late registration fees will be charged.
Payment can be made using American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. The amounts below do not include Eventbrite fees! Check the Eventbrite website for more information!

Registration Rules & Conditions
At least one author for each paper must register on or before the early registration deadline (1st June 2015 17h00 UTC +01h00) and attend C&T 2015 in order to present the paper. Failure to register for the conference by the above date may result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings, the ACM Digital Library and related indexing.
Failure to present the paper at the conference may also result in the paper being removed from the ACM Digital Library and related indexing.
For an author/presenter, the C&T 2015 online registration must be completed along with the submission of the final camera ready paper.
Full conference registration fee includes: attendance of all technical and plenary sessions of the conference; copy of the conference proceedings on a USB key; conference bag, name tag, conference programme and related material; welcome reception and conference banquet; lunch and refreshments breaks on both days of the conference. The fee also includes the cost of hosting your paper on the ACM Digital Library.
The on-line registration system will accept credit cards, which are the preferred payment method of the conference.
The registration process will close on the 26th of June 2015.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration can be done via Eventbrite before 1 June. No refunds will be given after that date.
Visa Documentation
If you require a letter of confirmation to apply for a visa, please email LChair@comtech.community providing all the details (name, organisation, events you have registered to attend), and you will be provided with a letter.
